Therefore I called for guidance with this new order, shared my experience, and was quickly offered a replacement cake or refund, learning that my satisfaction with the product was "unconditionally guaranteed". I received a fresh cake the very next day and am extremely pleased. Thank you very much Mr. Murphy for your outstanding customer service. The cake is delicious and I will be a returning customer.

Never order a cake online from these guys. I asked for it to be delivered two days in advance of a party with the guarantee it would arrive on time. Two days later the cake still hasn't arrived. I called and emailed and was told there was nothing that could be done. No rush shipping, no discount, nothing. The cake takes two full days to thaw so if it ever arrives I guess my mother's going to have a cake shaped ice sculpture for her birthday.
